Profile provides a further challenge for organisations seeking continuous improvement, going beyond the current scope of the IIP Standard into broader aspects of people management and development.
Profile is made up of four levels. Level one is awarded to companies achieving the IIP Standard and demonstrating good practice; and levels two to four are awarded to companies providing greater depth against the Standard, while incorporating key topics such as leadership, work–life balance, social responsability and diversity.
In addition to all of the usual benefits of IIP recognition, Profile will give your organisation clear guidelines for continuous development. It will provide an in depth look at your strengths and weaknesses to highlight areas of good practice and help you make further improvements. It can also provide external benchmarking information giving comparisons with other Investor in People organisations.
