By achieving the Standard, you have proved that you have a solid foundation for further growth and development. You will already be reaping the many advantages that come with recognition and to ensure you continue to benefit from these over the long term, your organisation must be reviewed at least once every three years.

There are a number of post–recognition review options available. You can stretch your organisation further by being assessed against Profile or Leadership and Management, Recruitment and Selection or Work Life Balance models. Alternatively, if you would like more involvement and ownership of your post–recognition review, you may wish to consider Internal Review.

We also offer a programme of IIP workshops and one to one surgery sessions with an experienced business consultant, which may be of benefit when preparing for your next review. Full details and availability can be found by going to our Events and Workshops section.
