Using 360 is a very simple process. Once you have contacted CQL Group, one of our highly trained business consultants will hold an initial meeting with you to understand your requirements. We would then establish defined performance criteria for the roles in question, and determine the individuals, both internally and externally who will be asked to contribute. Once feedback has been captured, your consultant will analyse this data and provide you with reports detailing competencies and an outline of the action plan that should be introduced.
